Nouveau Restaurant
Indoor and outdoor restaurant in a relaxed and casual atmosphere overlooking the alfresco pool area and lagoon vista with a family friendly environment. Our Executive Chef, Murray Paterson and the culinary team work tirelessly to deliver spectacular food and dining experiences for every guest.

"Having enjoyed the English High Tea prior to Covid, as soon as I saw the Novotel Sunshine Coast advertising their high teas again, I just had to book. Three friends and I opted for the Sicilian Flavours High Tea and it didn't disappoint. Delicious! A lovely change from the normal English High Tea. There was an abundance of impressive savoury and sweet treats on two 3-tier stands. A glass of the Il Fiore Prosecco was a perfect accompaniment. Thank your for a simply wonderful and relaxing afternoon in the lovely atmosphere of the Sola Bar."

AccorPlus standard dining discount not accepted. Subject to operational requirements, daily high tea can not be guaranteed. Payment via credit card will incur a 1.3% surcharge.
