• Flexibility to work a variety of hours including mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays
• RSA certificate
• Experience in and passion for your vocation – bartending or barista
• Experience in a bustling hospitality venue

Call out for Chefs!
We are calling all Demi and Chefs De Partie who feel they have the experience + energy + desire to work within our team to provide memorable dining experiences for our guests.

• Experience in your trade, preferable in a Resort or Convention Centre setting
• Experience working large scale banquets and events of up to 1500 pax
• Well versed in all aspects of food hygiene, HACCP and OH&S to ensure a safe working environment within the kitchen
• A positive orientation towards the industry and great service
