GENERAL RESORT HEALTH & SAFETY

Our business and day-to-day operations are running as usual while we continue welcoming our guests, however to minimise any risks we have implemented additional safety measures in accordance with the ALLSAFE label. ALLSAFE presents some of hospitality’s most stringent cleaning standards, is verified by Bureau Veritas and represents our new elevated cleanliness protocols and standards and provides assurance that these standards have been met in our hotel. For more information on ALLSAFE, please click here

  • Vaccination/ Entry Requirements [From 1am AEST Thursday 14 April 2022], the requirement to check-in and to be fully vaccinated to enter and dine at the resort's restaurant, bar, cafe and attend the day spa, will end. From this date no Government mandated restrictions affecting entry requirements, venue densities or other restrictions will be in effect. For more information, please visit the QLD Government website. The resort encourages all guests to continue to socially distance where possible and utilise hand sanitiser provided.

We thank our guests for their understanding and patience during these unprecedented times where we are and will continue to deliver measures that uphold the most hygienic dining options for our guests. We understand your concerns and uncertainty as we as a business and individual employees are experiencing the same unprecedented times that our guests are. We kindly ask all guests to remain respectful to the resort team whilst we collectively navigate these times.
