Join us at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort for a Christmas High Tea that pairs the region’s best produce with the flavours of a classic Christmas table. Begin with Mooloolaba king prawn rolls with black caviar, Noosa heirloom tomatoes and Maleny caramelised relish.

Savoury bites include slow-cooked turkey with cranberry mayonnaise and a truffled woodside mushroom tart.  On the sweet side, expect a petite passionfruit pavlova, a Black Forest trifle with cherry liqueur, and mini mince pies with brandy crème.  Freshly baked white chocolate and blueberry scones, served with Chantilly crème and Maleny lime and whisky jam, round out the table.

Sip on L'OR coffee or Artea loose leaf teas, or raise a glass of bubbles.
