Immerse yourself in a night of refined dining at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort as we present a bespoke five-course Food and Wine Dinner at Lily’s. Showcasing the best of local produce, each dish has been carefully curated and presented share-style, allowing you to savour a rich variety of flavours with every course.
This indulgent menu is perfectly paired with a premium wine journey from Dog Point Vineyard, Marlborough, New Zealand, thoughtfully guided by vineyard representative Jak Nash. Live music will set the tone for a relaxed yet elegant evening, designed exclusively for adults to enjoy.
Guests will be welcomed with delicate canapés and a French 75 cocktail, before enjoying house-made focaccia with fig balsamic alongside Dog Point’s crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Entrées highlight the season’s finest, from Abrolhos Island scallops with lemon myrtle butter to truffle stracciatella with heirloom tomatoes, paired with the estate’s expressive Chardonnay and Section 94 Sauvignon Blanc. For mains, dishes such as Kilcoy Wagyu rostbiff, Peachester lamb loin and ricotta gnocchi with Rocky Creek mushrooms are complemented by both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, leading into a finale of wattle seed crème brûlée and Kenilworth cheese served with muscat, honeycomb and lavosh.

WINE MAKER BIO – JAK NASH
Jak Nash performs many roles for Dog Point Vineyards in Marlborough and is responsible for providing distribution management advice and planning to over 52 countries and assisting in winemaking during harvest.
He comes with a huge amount of experience in all facets of the wine industry and has a great understanding of the distribution side of the business.
Jak currently lives in Brisbane with his wife Victoria and is a valuable part of the sales team at Dog Point Vineyard.
