An indulgent feast to savour
From 7pm, explore an abundant grazing spread designed to set the tone for a night of indulgence. Enjoy an impressive selection of meat and cheese platters, sushi, prawn cocktails and freshly shucked oysters, alongside a dedicated dessert table filled with sweet treats. Then, throughout the evening, a parade of beautifully presented canapés will make their way around the room. Expect favourites including smoked salmon and dill crème fraîche blinis, kingfish ceviche, beef carpaccio with chimichurri and mini Moreton Bay bug brioche rolls.
And when the night calls for something a little more substantial, our late-night selection arrives from 10pm, with mini cheeseburgers, arancini and panko prawns to keep you fuelled well into the celebrations.
